VICTOR CHILDS, Vice-Chairman and Director
Vic is a British geologist with 35 years of exploration and production experience in the international petroleum industry. Vic has working knowledge with 90% of the world’s hydrocarbon basins. After graduating from the University of Leicester (Hons Geol), Vic spent 16 years working for international oil companies including 10 years with Occidental International. Vic then spent 2 years as a manager of a UK based reservoir evaluation consultant performing engineering studies and asset evaluations worldwide. For the past 17 years Vic has worked as an independent consultant in the international petroleum industry for numerous clients including BHP Billiton, British Gas, Canadian Occidential, Japan National Oil Company, Lasmo plc, Norsk Hydro, Preussag gmBh and the World Bank.

GREGORY LIDDY, President and Director
With over 25 years of capital markets and investment management experience, Mr. Liddy is previously a director of Merrill Lynch Canada and a partner in BBN James Capel Inc. He has served as an expert witness to the Standing Committee on Resource Development of the Ontario Legislature and as a consultant to the Embassy of the United States of America, Ottawa, with respect to trade matters involving the North American steel industry. He has also served as the Canadian representative on the Financial Reporting Policy Committee of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR). Mr. Liddy is a past director of Hawker Siddely Canada Inc. and a chairman of its audit committee.

BRIAN BERNER, Director
Brian started his capital markets career with Merrill Lynch before establishing Berner & Company which represented major New York dealers in the Canadian capital markets. After 25 years of activity in major capital markets, Brian made a strategic shift and began to focus on resource industry finance and markets. For the past eight years Brian has been engaged in corporate finance and market related activities for the resource sector, raising funds for numerous exploration and production companies.

DAN HAMILTON, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hamilton has over 25 years of experience in financial management and accounting roles, most recently as CFO of Crystallex International Corporation. Prior to that Mr. Hamilton was Vice-President, Group Controller of AMEC Americas, a multi-national engineering and construction management firm, and Group Controller, Noranda Inc. Mr. Hamilton is currently a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Silk Road Resources Ltd., a TSX Ventures company.

Mr. Wakeam, MBA, corporate securities lawyer, is a partner in a major Toronto law firm specializing in serving public company resource industry clients.

VICTOR CHILDS:  Production Geologist

CHARLES BLOOMQUIST: Reservoir Engineer
Charles is an American petroleum engineer with 36 years experience in petroleum production. After graduating from the Colorado School of Mines (BSc Petroleum Engineering with a scholarship from Standard Oil of California), Charles worked for 14 years in the industry in North America and internationally with oil companies and consulting engineering firms prior to establishing Resource Consulting International in 1984, where he holds the title of President. Charles’ work experience includes property evaluation, reservoir engineering, recovery technologies, field development and project management.

DON SCOTT: Technical Advisor, Geophysicist
Don is a British geologist and geophysicist with 40 years experience in international petroleum exploration. After graduating from the University of Southampton (BSc Hons Geology) and the University of Birmingham (MSc Geophysics), Don worked for 10 years with Burmah Oil and then BP Exploration prior to beginning a career in geoscience consulting. Don’s work experience includes field acquisition of seismic data, interpretation, field appraisal and reserve determination. Don is an expert in asset valuation and technical support for finance.

DAN CLARK-LOWES: Technical Advisor, Exploration Geologist
Dan is a British exploration geologist with 32 years in the international petroleum exploration industry. After graduating from Cambridge University (BA and MA Natural Sciences, Geology) and then PhD, Imperial College, Dan worked for 5 years with Shell Oil, Libyan National Oil and Occidental, and then returned to the academic field for another 5 years before returning to the petroleum industry. After working 11 more years for oil companies, Dan began international petroleum exploration consulting work in 1993. Dan is an expert in the assessment of prospective oil field geology.
